Realism is what you feel. A feel to be realistic that is. If you're the manager, do what feels right and realistic as the manager would. That doesn't exclude having an imagination... to a degree, which is better than hard rules.

My local team in Australia has just hired a former English international as head coach, he is using his contacts back in England to recruit players. Still we do have a 600K sterling salary cap so I guess that is higher than many LL teams in England.
