Back to good old times we used to sor situation like this like that:

place the objects you have in line in order: from big to small. Then the most left would be the biggest, and most right would be the smallest. It cannot be applied directly here, but i think you've got the general idea.

given history, I would have expected that you would have defined all objects as equally large, and in secret, would have had the Комитет Государственной Безопасности (sorry, spelling) order the objects from biggest to smallest, because some objects were more equal than others.
