Auf Weidersein, Pet (not sure about the spelling) was an old TV series about Geordie builders working in Germany - for those who are too young (or too foreign ) to know

I think the multilingual poof was trying to hint that it's spelled Auf Wiedersehen, Pet.

No player naming. Ever.

Now let the door hit your arse hard on your way out. It may teach you to respect the ways of certain places.

Although it's rare, there are occasional cases of coaches or managers leaving successful teams for a 'dream job' with a crap squad. I can think of an American football coach that did precisely this. Ken Hatfield was coaching for one of the top programs in the United States, he had won trophies several times, and he was named the national coach of the year for a season. But suddenly he took a job with a much smaller university, with a very bad team. He's still there some 10 years later, and he's had a fair bit of success, although the team has generally been very average. It's still hard to understand why he walked away from a lot more money and fame to coach at a small program with no chance of national success, but he did it anyway.

It's not TOO unrealistic, Ramon Diaz was a hugely successful manager in Argentina, then went to Italy.. only to come back to football and manage Oxford.

Of course all the big newspapers said the fans forced him out, even though we didn't, the chairman did and we were fighting the chairman, lol.

But yeah, i'd go for it and for the bug thing, I had something similar on one game, I left Man City after making them better than Utd, but nobody ever took over my job and City were ruined after a season.

Not found this bug to be honest. Jobs I have left have been filled within a few days.
