I have to say over the past couple of days I have tried to consider why I get so worked up about such minor things like my computer messing me about, you know with whats happening in London really reminds you how mortal we are and how peace and life can be so cruely taken away in an instance by such evil and deranged bastards. I say my prayers for all those whose lives have been ended or damaged by these awful events and for God to give them strength and hope in there time of need.

mmmmmmm who to manage. Hour later I had to give in and accept the help of Frank. Dinamo Makhachkala of Russia. First thought was to ask Frank to select a different team but if I had nourished that urge then I would of been there for another hour. Besides after having a look at the team and the competion I must admit I am actually relishing the challenge.
