Par for the course I'm afraid. It's what Lower League Management is all about. But who knows... someone may have noticed your excellent achievements and may offer you a job at a bigger club. In which case, I'd take it.

Managing a lower league side is never a waste of time. You may never make it any bigger than where you are but the challenge is what it's all about.

A clubs reputation develops far to slowly in FM, but just look at the trouble Wigan are having trying to sign players at the moment.

Yeah, this game is too easy. I won the CL with Acrington in 7 years.

You have to be realistic, sure its worth trying. Take Dario Gradi for instance. Sometimes you can get so far as a manager and then its time to move on. Sometimes you just stay and get no further.
