Default Football Manager as a window in windows

Can anyone help me with this, i think there is an option to make football manager a window in the OS in the preferences, but it never work for me. Is there something else i should be doing

Ive been able to do it on previous version(inc cm) but cant do it either on this format.

Options > Preferences > Display & Sound... then untick "Full Screen".

Hmm...sorry, half asleep there and didn't read properly. What happens when you try that and click on Confirm?

I cant remeber exactly but i think it looks like its going to work but then a box come up saying i cant to do it, cant remember what it says.

Not at home at the minute so cant check

you have to add --small_screen --windowed in your desktop target shortcut eg: CGames\fm.exe --small_screen --windowed

you get this by right clicking on your desktop icon for fm08 then properties
