Fuss,
I have my strikers and the whole team set with their creative freedom set bout 3 notches off the lowest.
It doesnt seem to make any difference what setting you chose they WILL NOT run into the box and always choose to spank it into the crowd.
Same with the attacking midfielder Steven Schumacher runs on behind the strikers (on a rare occasion that he does this) and guess what he does?

Thats right smashes it into Row Z.

For all players on the pitch, in all situations.

Its one of the litmus-test mental attributes I use to decide whether a guy is worth buying, full stop - players with bad decisions will absolutely kill you.

I'm looking for at least a '10' even at a fairly low level of play, and at the highest levels, anything less than 10 is a non-starter, and a 10-13 decisions player had better be freakishly phenomenal everywhere else.

As spankie suggests, low Composure may be leading him to rush his shot, and lowering your tempo might help.
