I have already try to uninstall my football manager 2008, deleted the whole fm2008 folder in my document and program files. But the old record still there... Can anyone help me pls...

Search for 'Hall of fame' in your Search in the Start bar. Once it finds it, delete it.

the file for the hall of fame is in your shared documents file delete it and your hall resets
