Somebody must know whos online now what you do with that config.xml file that you download for the stadium backgrounds fix?

I just dont know what to open it with? it says xml editor? But when I open it with that it takes me to a screen with a bos infront of winzip? I dont know what to do when this happens? Please anyone?

Notepad? What and not xml editor? Is that what everyone done? why wasnt that on any instructions? And I just tryed it and cant find option to open with notepad?

It said something about dont haven permission when I tryed to open with xml again and then tryed to add open config.xml file.
