I dont know why but the default pic of when someone doesnt have a pic is of an old looking coach and not the shadow of the head as was the default in the folder. Now Ive checked and I still see the "none" icon in the default folder and the config file is correct.

How can I locate the wrong duplicate which is showing up on screen and delete it?

Rationale told me that the only way would be if another picture was named "none"?

Is there any other way his could have happened?
