go on to all programs find sports interactive go on to the little arrows tht gives u an extension box then do that again up to editor open that then fm editor

Does anyone know if you can edit affiliated clubs with the editor after the patch has come out?

Had a look at the patch update page and says nothing there.
So i guess not, would seem a shame though!
