Open up artmoney and fm2007
write down your current transfer budget and season transfer budget.
load your game and press atl and tab to switch to artmoney
On the process drop down box at the top, select football manager
now press search, a window will come up, in the drop down box change your search to sequence of values, select 2, press okay and another box will open up.
Enter your two values in the top, with the current budget at the top and the season one underneath.
press search
now on the left hand side of the screen you will get a load of values coming up, they will all have a different address and usually, the lower your numbers, the more results you will get.
Now what you need to do is go back to fm, spend some money and write down the new transfer budget, one you have done this, go back to artmoney and press filter. this will go through all the results you get before but searching for the ones that have changed to the value you want.
Enter the new value of your remaining budget and press filter. You should only be left with a few values now, if not, repeat that process.
move all the values on the left to the right by selecting them and pressing the red arrow. this should show you the numbers you have searched for. now if you have more than one, just change one digit at the very end of the value so you can find out which it is.
go back into fm, if youre already on the finances screen, come off it and go back on so it can refresh, see which value the budget has taken from the ones you changed, go back to artmoney and delete all the others.
You should also do a similar process with your balance as the budget can be spent forever but the balance will keep going down, i tend to find the balance is easier to do after you have found the budget at it's address will be very similar.
