"B" or "C" team

hi im almost done creating a new club but i have 1 question how do i add a "B" team to my club??
like real madrid have CASSTILLA so how do i add one to my club??

Id like to add a B team to a premiership side and put them in the conference. is that possible?

For some reason, SI have seen it fit to remove the "add squad" feature from the editor. It has been mentioned in other threads that they might implement it in a patch, at some point. I'm not hopeful, though.
