Default Problem: Moving a team to another country
Being as the Maltese league is not available I decided to move a Maltese team to the English League.

The move worked ok apart from the team having no Reserves and U18 sides. When I changed the clubs nation as well they appeared but this partly defeats the purpose as then the club is no longer maltese.

This makes any YPs change nationality as well.

Do you know what I need to amend to keep a club maltese and have a reserve and U18 team?

I noticed this when I made Newcastle into a Northumbrian team. The only solution I have is that you use an editor to change the nationalities of any regens. Are the greyed-out players Maltese? They should be.
