I know this will probably sound n00by, but how do you create a new club in the editor??? is it just a case of editing the name of an existing club? or can you create a new club from scratch??? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

You can create a new club in the editor you just need the patch.
If you create a new one you have to make sure that you edit the competition correctly.
If you amend an existing team then you will have a little less to do but will be effectively deleting one team.

sorry to bother you but could you tell me what the patch is called?where to get it etc? is there a function for deleting clubs if i create one from scratch?cheers

You can edit competitons in the FM editor.
Just search for a competition that you want to amend.
You cant amend everything though.
Just: Name, Country, Continent, Importance, Competition Level, Teams and History.
I try to keep the same number of teams in a competiton to make sure that it works.
