I have Rio set as near post flick on for corners and he wins the ball about 80% of the time.
The trouble is no one else in the area has a clue and the ball just flies across the area with either them clearing it or no one touching it at all.

What should I be setting most the others as, just forwad? or have them all attack the far post?

have your best header/jumper on near post
have a man with a lot of strength and headind/jumoing ability challenge the GK, have a goal poacher type stand on far post, have as many more players as you feel neccessary forwards.
