now I'm really angry at this game, after being fired by mallorca chairman for the string of disastrous results (12 games without win).
I really don't know how to changes things and start playing decent games, and I tried several approaches which work for many
ppl here. So I have a few questions:
1)how to make players think (not to pass to noone, not to stop for no reason when they have open way for scoring)
2)how to make them work, they seem to approach the player with ball, then suddenly stop and do nothing, they are not trying to loose opposition marker while not with the ball
3)is it possible that bringing too many players can disrupt harmony so bad that even next season my team is shattered?(after all they should learn to work together after a year)
4)which approach is best for spanish primera division?
