It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Timon & Pumba Tactic

First I want to apologize for my English, I know that it isn't great...

After long and hard work I want to present You my last tactic, successor of the Santa Claus tactic (which was downloaded more then 1300 times), conqueror of fields, great :
Timon&Pumba (Check, and download)

FOUNDATIONS OF THE TACTIC:
Foundations of my tactic are based on my "Timon and Pumba theory". Till now i was creating tactics (and I guess that you did the same) basing on traditional thinking "Timon or Pumba" which means I was trying to win either by playing slow short ball, with tight field(Pumba), or by playing fast long balls with width field (Timon).Both ways have their advantages and disadvantages but till now I thought that it is impossible to put them together. However, by dint of Timon [b]and[B] Pumba theory it is possible, and, which is more important, it provides great effects.
Trick is simple. You should set up your team in Pumba's way (with low tempo, short passing etc.) but also, in individual instructions, order frequent cross balls and through balls. Result is, that your team will be playing slow, technical position attack but when there will be a chance to surprise opponent with quick long pass or cross it won't be missed.

RESULTS:
Here you can see results of using Timon&Pumba tactic:

I also tested Timon & Pumba Tactic in 9 different teams from 3 leagues. Below you can see results:
Name; League position (Prediction); Difference; Goals scored; Goals conceded; Other
Strong teams:
(POL)Wisła Kraków; 1 (2); +1; 65; 26; 1 place in UEFA group stage; Polish trophy; League trophy; Best scorer award
(ENG)Chelsea; 2 (1); -1; 80; 23; Champions League winner; English trophy final
(ESP)Barcelona; 1 (1); 0; 78; 28; Champions League final ; Best scorer award
Average teams:
(POL)Wisła Płock; 2 (9); +7; 56; 34;
(ENG)Everton; 6 (10); +4; 63; 48; English trophy
(ESP)Real Zaragoza; 7 (10); +3; 66; 31; Spanish trophy final
Weak teams:
(POL)Górnik Zabrze; 16 (16); 0; 19; 57;
(ENG)Reading; 17(20); +3; 40; 46; League trophy
(ESP)Gimnastic; 4 (20); +16; 62; 39;

Once again: sorry for my english.. Hope you can understand what I meant .
