I am playing as AZ in the dutch league. I play a 4-4-2 formation.

The problem I am having is that I can never win away from home. I always seem to go 1-0 down in the first 10-20mins and never really recover. This has happened in just about every away game I play, no matter what I do I can't seem to stop it happening.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Hmmm your morale is very low as i see all the 'slt' infs. I guess they are all saying: Feels the team can do better than they r showing.

Your tac is not working, face it. Try maxing the DEF line all the way to the left. Works for lots of people.

Yeah, all my players feel the team can perform better.

So away from home is it wise to go Ultra-defensive, even if I am classed as the bigger team?

your team instructions are way to standard.. so coaches can counter them. If you have good wingers.. try to make it work and do a 4 2 2 2. Or maybe try to mix with CD and Mentality. Its all about trying.. not going in with the same tactic all the time when you lose

But I thought it just takes a season to make a tactic work. If I alter tactics each week my players will never gel.

Just alter settings..not formations!
And settings should be altered based on teh opposition setup anyways.
