My newly created tactic dashed with my new theories, has worked wonders!

The tactic is under work, but its called atm *Psycho Soft*; a flat 442, with Long Arrows on Wingers. I have 1 for away games, and 1 for home games. I usually only use the home tactic, it seems that its enough to beat the teams.

I havent yet lost a game with my Fisher. I even won the Trophy final vs a Conference National team when I was in Conference South league!

I saw in your other thread about how you won the FAT and the league without losing and was mightily impressed.

While I would prefer to see a few more results over at least 15-20 games, there looks to be some promise in this. Keep us posted on how it's going.

However, why have you ditched your previous style which worked so well? And what sort of turnover of players have you had? Similarly, what is your squad management philosophy? That must have had a supreme impact.

The first 2/3 of the season I used tempo 1 and passing 1 with mentality ranges from 1 on GK + DC's, slowly increasing to 20 on the Strikers. I suffered under the "re-ranking" after X-Mas (well I think so at least), so I decided to review my tactical approach. I came up with some mad ideas, which I just had to test; the 4 different tactical approaches I'm talking about in another thread; The Psycho, The Insane, The Schizo and The Chaos-Theory.

I finished last season with the "Insane" approach; Mentality 20 on my GK & DC's, ending up on 1 on my strikers. I fiddled alot with my passing/tempo, so I cant really say I had anything "clear" there.


Atm I am quite frustrated since I can't loan any quality player from an upper division; noone wants to join me. I had 3 great loans last season, none so far this season, the transfer window closes in 1 week, and I have only 60000nkr in transfer budget (5000£ ?).... hard times!
I have done a few decent free signings, but I havent had any real great ones, a few for the future I hope though. Any tips on how to approach someone on loan, or a good tip for a quality player for me would be highly appreciated. I need mostly a Winger, a Left Defender and a striker; big or small, doesnt matter. I desperately need to strengthen the squad to avoid being overrun.
Maybe I have a too weak team to really test this out in the lower divisions....? Will not give up though; I am still alive and kicking!

First of all I have to correct something: I have used the "Insane" approach for my games, NOT the "Psycho" as it might have shown. I am sorry for this if you have been confused; I am extremely tired due to very little sleep

As you can see from the League Table i score loads. I just need to get my defence work a little better....
