Work Permit

I know it must get annoying, seeing this on the forum all the time but I need to know..

I'm trying to sign Alex but I can't get a work permit.. I'm with tottenham.. first season.. 22nd of April..

Why can't I sign him? When can I sign him?

To get a work permit, he has to either be of very high ability, have a eu second nationality or played in something like 50% of his countries last 16 internationals, something like that.

I have read ( but havent done myself) that if u get a dutch or belgium feeder club, when work permit fails u can sign him anyway but he has to go there on loan to get his permit.

Good for a younger player, but Alex is about 28-29 to start with isnt he?

I did that with young players from Chile.After 3 years there were EU national ....

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.
