Default How do you get good ratings out of your players every game? is it to do with what tactics you play?
I have recently read cleon's 'sheffield project', i have viewed all of the screenshots that he has taken at the end of every game and all of his players have ratings of 8+! this is ridiculous, my players always play rubbish and are like 6's or 7's and occasionally 8's!
Please help me! Is it to do with tactics or just me not understanding the concept of this game?

you answered your own question, if you look at cleon's sheff utd thread, he hasn't got great players but he gets the best out of them so they all get 8's and above most of the time
