Well I don't know many of the tactics going around, because I always like to create my own, but I like managing in Spain a lot more than Italy or England because the Spanish teams seem to be so predictable.
I always play 3 at the back (RCB with RArrow and LCB with LArrow) becuse hardly anyone plays with wingers, or if they do, they aren't pacey and can be closed down by my own players.
I then always play 2 DMS holding the middle, but they are always good passers (Betis have Vogel and Assuncao who are quality), an attacking midfielder and two very quick strikers.
Tempo - 1 notch above slow
Passing - 1 notch above short
Mentality - 2 or 3 notches into attacking
Everything else can vary depending on your own players and your opposition.
Even Barca didn't cause me too many problems because their wingers (Ronaldinho and Messi) didn't stick to the byline and I dealt weith the problem quite comfortably.
