Hi, i need some tactical help

Im managing a relegation threatened side in the English Championship, and i cant get tactics to fit.

I have tried several times, and they are all rubbish

SO could somebody help me with some tactics (maybe someone who has managed this division before) with tactics

It doesnt have to be pretty, just effective

It might be helpful if you give us more information.

Which team are you? Who's in your squad? Looking at your players, what are the team's strength's and weaknesses?

(There's no point in me suggesting a formation that requires fast counter-attacking down the wings if all your wingers are slow)

I suppose my quick wingers (morgan, bell, edwards, emanuel) are my strength

Weakness - slow strikers

you're right on your weakness. imo, at lower levels, athletes are what you should look for.

if you can't make any signings, for slow strikers, you may want to consder setting them as target men. look for the "how to..." thread.

with this, your strikers will feed the ball to wingers with any header they win.

there are other things to try as well (like direct + quick passing, deep + defensive + counter) etc

Should i have a high defensive line and play offside or a deep one?

my CB's arent the quickest easier, so im leaning to a high one...
