One of my players, in the Training Overview, has the Happiness message: "Unhappy with the standard of the fitness coaching".
Eh? What's that about? OK, I know what to do about "Unhappy with the high training workload", and I know what to do about "Unhappy about the high amount of <type> training". But unhappy with the standard of training?
I have a dedicated Fitness Coach for each of the Strength and Aerobic categories (with the obligatory 5 stars in each) and enough coaching cover that all workloads are Light. Surely the fitness coaching is of the highest quality?
Does this maybe mean he dislikes the coach or something? What gives?
It's not just fitness coaches, what about your other coaches? For example if he is a goalkeeper and your goalkeeper training sucks then he would be unhappy. (same for other positions)
What is your training schedule for him? That is, what level have you got strength and aerobic on?
If they're too low or too high that might be causing a problem.
However, if he's the only guy complaining, sounds like you've got yourself quite an unprofessional player there and perhaps you should look to get rid of him.
I think it has something to do with the reputation. If you manage a big club and get a coach who may generate 5 stars in training, but his reputation is obscure or local, your players will probably be unhappy.
This happened to me once when I brought in an obscure GK coach on the cheap.
