What attribute do you look for when recruiting a decent "Shooting" coach? It sounds stupid but i just recruited a guy with "attacking" 18 and he's **** at "Shooting" training!

Shooting Coach:Technique 18 & Attacking 18 or Tech nique 19 Attacking 14 or Technique 20 Attacking 10.

these are taken from a post called 5 star Coach Attributes from FM2006 but were relevant in FM2007 and I am still using in FM2008.

If you do a search for it it states the requirements for 5/7 Stars in all coaching disciplines.
