Btw if you are good at team talks and want the job done properly then i would suggest you do it yourself. :thup:

Do it yourself mate it makes all the difference. I've won a lot of matches in which I was losing at half time.

There's a Team-Talk Guide on these forums, look it up. It's helped me a lot.

I think its useful every now and then to listen to what your assistant thinks, he may even suggest a teamtalk that you may never have even contemplated. Remember which rival teams you need to use 'for the fans', this can be taken straight from the club information screen (fierce rivals, other rivals). Essentially, its your teamtalk afterall, but remember to continue using 'encourage', 'i have faith in your ability' and 'pick up where you left off last time' to maintain morale. Pre-match news articles can also help to fire-up your players even more, if you know which responses to select.

that's my problem ... pre-match team-talks and pre-match news articles ... don`t know how to respond ...

IIRC, the response that may fire some of your players up pre-match is:

"We're unbeaten in X games now and must guard against complacency"

...which can translate into:

"You have said that TEAM X have the ability to cause you problems".

Then check the squad status screen and see how different players react. I don't use the pre-match media or manager interaction multiple choices that often tbh, but they can be useful in turning the attention away your side when you need to do so every now and then, even if some players may complain about this.
