I repeat this i do not know who created this tactic at all so if it is yours please step forward.
Anyway to put it simple this tactic is brilliant totally.
Goalkeeper: Make sure you have a solid decent shot stopper.
Defenders: All 4 defenders must have a decent amount of pace on them. Full backs good dribbling also.
Midfielder's: The 2 defensive midfielder's have to be solid etc like Essien type of players. The AM's needs to be very creative, pacey and a decent finish on them.
Forward: Well you can have two types here either the tall holding player or the face pacey finisher.
and finally the tactic which over 7 seasons has served me well....all players in my team are basically regens to searching for them is not possible.
thnx in my 1st game i beat barnsley 2-0 when only 2 weeks earlier i lost 3-0 to them
just wondering how long it takes for the players to get fully used to it?
HMMM.... thats alot of offsides... 13, this could probs be improved try changing the CF from forward runs (guessing its often) to mixed and take his mentality to normal and see how that goes (but give him alot of Creative Freedom)
