What contry is it that are allowed to sign Brzilian U18 i thought it was portugal but it is not

most countries can sign brazilian u 18s. on the demo i agreed to sign breno they dont join u until they turn 18 but you can agree a deal to sign them as previously u couldnt

it used to be portugal in old FM's but not anymore.you can agree deals for them now for any club any league which is great

I thought that only the South American teams were allowed to sign them, but what Skinaldo said may be right now.

maybe cleon or somebody cud come on and confirm this i just think i can remember never managing in portugual then i read that theyre only country that cud sign u18 brazilians but this was like fm05 or fm06.i could be wrong tho

u can defo buy u18 brazilians for eng clubs e.t.c i agreed to buy breno and he was coming in jan when he was turning 18 for my liverpool team

I believe it's just EU country's that can't sign non EU under18 players from outside the EU.

last year it was portugal, but now you can sign with any country but they'll come anly at 18
