Im A.Madrid & it seems so hard to find a better centre half than I have. TRied to buy Zapata & Garay but both clubs wont accept 15 million, dont think its worth spending more than that to get them.

I missed out on Breno.

Any other suggestions?

I think Albiol signs a new contract during the 1st season with a release clause of 10-14M.

Or try Kompany (though I don't really think he's that great)

Check what his release clause is. he signed a new contract in about December with 13.75M release clause for me, and 10M release for others.

Criscito will cost more than £15M. You'll be lucky to get Barzagli for under 15M too

Kompany should definitely be there. He plays for HSV. Not a big fan of his though.

Barzagli really is awesome. If he's at Palermo then get him. He'll cost you nothing more than 15M. See if Arsenal will sell you Djourou. He comes back from his loan spell mid-way through Jan. He's a great CB too. Also see if you can get Pique within your budget. You can always get Cristopher Samba for less than 5M (around 1M if you get him at the start of the game, more if you're in Jan). Cristoph Metzelder has a 10.25M release clause and he might be available. Sometimes R.Madrid dont play him and keep him as backup. You can snap him up in that case. Good player, although a little prone to injuries much like Kompany.
