I never bother to change from the normal FM routines when I play the game. Perhaps if I could afford more than one coach I could try a few different things but until then I've just been keeping it simple.
My main problem is forgetting to turn off pre-season to normal training as at the beginning of my last season the players were still on pre-season training a month into the season.

Training - does it make any difference? And how do you give lazy players a kick up the aris? Post #3
I understand your question and your plight but we don't like to see tactics discussions in here. In my mind divulging your training regime is effectively a discussion on tactics! Sorry.

Didn't think this was necessary when a player was injured? Do other people do this?
Also, I share your frustrations, I developed ultra-complicated training regimes (including the timings like yourself), yet I'm not convinced of the benefits.

Didn't think it'd work like that, as far as I'm aware it doesn't mention training, and belive me, I spent all the time it took the mods to approve me reading that. Sorry in any case.
