Yes your scouts (if you have any) are paid to do that sort of thing but that doesn't mean that no-one else can.

As for the actual point of the thread, is he well known like Horseface (for example)? If he is then I'd say no, unless they come in for one of your players and you do a part exchange for him.

I am paid to manage the team. Yes you could decide to scout yourself, but I delegate that duty to my scout(s). I am far too busy hob nobbing with the chairman. :o

And by the way SUFC, no naming players please. You may think it's a silly rule now, but check out the threads at the top as to why we don't name any player around here.
