You should be able to access your save and then import to the laptop withou too much trouble.
I'm sure one of the Poofy Tech Geeks'll explain how.

If you have a cd burner you can burn the file to a CD and then copy that to the save games folder in your my documents folder on the laptop: presuming you kept all the standard settings when installing the game.
Make sure you change the properties of the file from read only though.
If the computers are networked you can do it another way, but I'll only explain that if they are.
