Default my conference north/league 2 experience

Well i was able to do pretty well managing the bees (barnet) in CM4 so i thought i would take them in FM2005. I tried to loan a couple players like i did in CM4 but didnt work quite that well...didnt get any of them.

Not quite the season i expected...haha Started out well......winning quite a few in a row but then injury struck and of course it had to hit my strikers. Then i think the midfield and defence had sympathy injuries and they started dropping like flies. With no money i was left with nowhere to turn but loan and my youth team.

well my loaners did not turn out to be quite what they were valued.

soon i found myself slipping further and further down the table. I was able to fight from second from bottom to 20th but just as we started to win again i was sacked

On the dole for only 6 days before taking the reigns at struggling, to say the least, stalybridge celtic.

I was able to strengthen the team a little and worked up to mid table. Started to get job offers from Lower Scottish league teams but decided to stick with England. After 11 months of mid table performance i headed to northampton town after they offered me the job.

Did well with the Cobblers in first season. Went from 17th to 5th (woo hoo the play offs). I had a lucky draw as well. I got to play teams that i had already beaten. It paid off as well....Won playoffs n got promoted.

Well i was hoping to avoid what the press were saying about me not being able to stay up in league 1. I was unable to and only won a pitiful 4 league games and drew 11. I was working on finding the tactics to do better but everything i tried didn't work well enough.

I think i brought the morale of the team down too much by saying that we would miss our #9 when he got injured. He kept going around being boyant my #2 told me.

Back in league 2 for my 3rd season (2nd full one with Northampton Town). I dont think i am doing too bad so far as i am able to stay at a team for over a year and them still be pleased with me...haha. I was even able to get a board request approved for improved training grounds (1st time that has ever happened for me...haha).

This season starting out ok but still early. Much interest in my #9 but i was able to extend his contract for another year....YEEEHAW!!!
