yea, i would hate to lose that players because he gets several apps for ireland u21's, so they obviously think he is good enough. I might even be able to get away with selling him to a larger club as the fans vote a different player as their fave. It sure would be nice to get some of that transfer money!!!

Well it is 9th Jan 2009 and in 4 days i go into rnd 3 of FA trophy (only cup comp i am left in). I am standing just 2 pts shy of 1st place Wycombe, but then again only 4 pts ahead of 7th place Burton Albion. It is a close season as only a further 8pts is the difference from me to 13th place.

On a good run besides losing to scarborough again...damn it why cant i beat them wankers.I just destroyed Burton on TV...WOOHOO!!! but am having trouble getting more than 4500 to come to the matches. Maybe they raised ticket prices to cover the debt i am making, but there is a transfer on the horizon that may buy a slight reprieve from debt and slash off 3,100k per week from the over budget.

I hope i can get the respective league finish that everyone expects...ie fans and the board!!!

Up the Quakers!! will be the battle cry in the stands, hope i can live up to it

Forgot to mention my best striker has bagged in 19 for me so far, but i am unable to get him to sign a new contract. He wants to keep his 4K a week but the board will not allow it. Hopefully the sale of the backup striker for the 35K will allow me to offer him more. Hard to find someone that scores regularly for the team.

Well i did not live up to it...haha I was tied with Wycombe with 5 matches left. Unfortunately injury struck my team and i lost about 5 major players in the last 10 matches.

Made the playoffs after ending in 2nd place. Playoffs i lost to Exeter 2-1 agg. So i was left in the conference national for another year so it seemed. I had passed up several offers from higher league teams but they all wanted weekly wages to be reduced.

Well i accepted an offer from Gillingham and moved up to league 1. Sadly enough i moved up in time for the 2nd leg of the playoff match and we ended up losing.

Start of my 09-10 season going ok altho the fans were upset that i only got 2.6M for one of the players i sold. He was valued at 2.3M but they said that i shoulda got more for him.

Well i will update near midseason i guess.
