You don't have to wait at all. There's only a rule for the first 3 seasons that must be posted ASAP, from there on it depends on how fast you play the game yourself.

I thought you had to wait exactly 4 days, 3 hours and 17 minutes and if you missed that time you'd have to wait until that time had passed once more.

Or did you guys just ignore my excellent suggestion??

During fullmoons it's 16 minutes and 38 seconds more than the usual 4 days, 3 hours and 17 minutes. Also, this time depends on how much of a poof you are.
