Its my firs time as a lower league manager after managing man utd for over 8 seasons, first off, whats a decent team to start with in league 1 or 2 maybe championship.

Also, can someone reccomend a good tactic for me to use ive been using [tactic deleted] for man utd will that do for now.

Could anyone reccomened a training scheme to download that will help my players develop.

Start with a team in the lowest playable division in the given country. So, if you're going to play in England, then start with a club in the Conference North or South.
