Kolding FC - DK-2D - 2004/2005 End of Season Update
P30 W14 D5 L11 GF63 GA42 PTS47 Final Position - 7th
Championship Odds - 6-4
Board Expectations - Respectable League Position
Finances - DKK500.000 in debt, DKK0 in transfer budget, DKK15.000 under wage budget
The odds DID lie, after a somewhat succesful start, I suddenly jumped into a hole I couldn't get out of, getting loss after loss, and not scoring a single goal in six games. I was never really close to a promotion spot - the goal of the season - top position was 6th, which I couldn't hold.
My players somehow forgot that they that should distribute their scored goals more evenly, as winning 7-1 and a lots of 4-0 doesn't help you get more points. But anyway, got most team goals, 15 more than the champion of 2nd Division - on the other side, I also conceded way more than I should with only the bottom 4 teams having let more goals in than I.
The Danish Cup went fairly well, I reached the 4th round before getting knocked out of newly relegated Premier Division team FC Nordsjælland - 0-1 on penalties, the important goal being missed by my star AMC (I was mad!).
I had a stroke of hope in the end of the season when only a few points from a promotion spot and still 5 games left, but my players didn't feel the importance, and my star AMC was injured - bad luck.
Regarding finances, my debt has worsened into a massive DKK2.500.000, my board has announced that there won't be any transfer budgets next year, so that's great - I can't afford to kick any teammembers either, evil circle continues.
Bought 8 youth players from other clubs to help the club in a distant future (2 is used as backup on the first team), already sent half of 'em away on loan contracts. Total amount spent, DKK0.
I also sold absolutely no players, so no transfer income either, loaned a Premier Division DRC to help my lacking defense.
Two strikers (actually FLC and FRC) of mine won Top Goalscorer of the Year 1th and 2nd, completing the fact that Kolding FC really was superior when it came to scoring goals in the 04/05 season, always nice when your players get prices.
The FRC also got the fans Player of the Year Award. My ML got got 2nd place in Player of the Year (2nd division of course) and my star AMC got young player of the year.

Kolding FC - Dk-2D - 2005/2006 End of Season Update
P30 W12 D6 L12 GF53 GA56 PTS42 Final Position - 8th
Championship Odds - 5-2 - Serious contender, if achieving enough.
Board Expectations - Respectable League Position
Finances - DKK3.648.000 in debt, DKK70.000 in transfer budget, DKK6.750 under the wage budget.
What a horrible ending to a somewhat okay season - at midseason I was positioned at a somewhat secure 2nd place, but then it just went downwards, in the last 7 games I only gained 4 points, topping the lot with a disastreous 6-0 defeat to Second Division Champions Dalum - which was a club record.
In cup regards, reached the Fifth Round before getting kicked out on a 3-1 defeat to newly Danish Champions Viborg FF, I was satisfied, seeing that the average player at Viborg FF is worth more than my entire starting eleven.
On a financial/transfer note, I signed three players this season, 1 MC/AMC which is now, by coincedence, the starting MC in my team, 1 SW/DC which is no good, and one more AMC to be developed at my U18. Total cost - DKK0.
One of the major problems at my club has been the depth of my squad - a depth that I further worsed by selling my Top Goalscorer of last season for DKK1.200.000, my 2nd-place-POTY ML for a gigantic DKK5.750.000 - 1000% more than his set value, and my stabile DR from last season for DKK200.000, which has now been replaced by a Free Transfer of last season.
All these transfers gave me a total income of DKK7.250.000, clearing my debt for now, and giving me a Transfer Budget of DKK2.500.000 - but did not get one single signing all year, because of ridicously low wage budget.
On a sidenote, I scored 2nd most goals ... and conceded 2nd most goals, embarrasing.
My star AMC won Second Division Player of the Year and my DC won 3rd place. My FRC won Fans Player of the Year, for the second time.

Third is the charm. The big question of this season is whether I can get my promising squad of young and old players to get 'meself' a promotionspot. And maybe even get black numbers in the finances. Lets see ...
Hmm, awful start - awful ending. My players started to get worried that I simply couldn't cut it, some started missing training, some started requesting transfers ... and my top players wouldn't renew their soon-ending contracts ... so should I stay at this sinking ship? Yes, I love my Kolding FC, but even with my passion for the club, my players are playing like they don't even care. My newly signed AMCRL isn't as good as thought so, I've tried changing tactics, but unlucky circumstances like getting 2 redcrossed players without being able to substitute them, doesn't help you winning games.
Herfølge Boldklub - DK-1D - 2006/2007 End of season update.
P30 W15 D8 L7 GF51 GA36 PTS53 Final Position - 4th
... So when Herfølge got their manager sacked, I sent an application, and guess what, they asked me to join them. They have a small, but strong team, a fairly large debt, but a big wage budget and a transfer budget of DKK1.400.000.
I need to get a respectable league position, but when I received the team, they are in 5th place with 8 games to go, so it's not going to be hard.
This is also the team that bought my top goalscorer of first season.
The last 8 games went fairly well, winning most of the games, and bringing me up to an nice 4th position in the end - but most of my players want to live, so I need to get some reinforcement if I am to get a chance of promotion next season.
My AMC won 2nd place in Goalscorer of the Year, and also got Fans Award.
In other news, I moved three places down in the European Ranking system, to 225th.
