I'm getting rather sick of the game where the scouts are broken. They just seem to find players on my shortlist.

I have to hijack loans and other transfers.

Wait til you reach the top division and those broken scouts even fail to assess the pinpointed players, thus resulting in you not being able to offer them decent wages even though they would possibly be *that* player you desperately need. :*(

/me is seriously considering jumping from Sestao as this can't go on much longer

I've five new scouts for birmingham, just promoted to the Prem in 2013 or so. My searches have all ended with 0 players found.

I've scouted England (I tend to get a few there), Scotland (0), Wales (0), Ireland (0), USA (0), UK & Ireland (3 from time to time). I scouted the Premiership (0 players), the championship (0 players)--All those leagues are active.

And my chairman has the nerve to get cross with me for not signing a high profile player in the transfer window period. Fortunately, I brought over my 19 year-old Striker I signed at Reading. He's leading the league in goals.

It's much more fun updating in various threads. I'm sure if you search around you can piece it together.

Maybe after another season or two I'll update the whole save. I imagine I'm winding down if I can't figure out how to scout players.

The problem happened again in my Scottish save in 2019, just after I was appointed Venezuela manager.

Has anyone else seen whether it's linked with international management offers?

It happened to me again in a Scandinavian save, this time only 6 months into the save

However, my Let's be having you!!! save has no problems and my Basque one has sorted itself after the retirement of the first manager :cool:

Scouts tend to find already shortlisted players for me all the time. I think it came back with 5.0.5, since I didn't notice it before.
