Default An ethics question

I am playing in the FA Cup with an ECS team. At half time, against an conference team, we had a power failure, causing the game to be lost (I had saved just prior to starting the match).

I was losing 2-0 at the time.

I reloaded the saved game and won 4 - 0

Ethically speaking, what should I do? (I saved the 4-0 with a different name so it is not permanent)

I would just play on, having won 4-0. Would it be fair if you were 4-0 up, lost the save and lost 2-0 at the second attempt?

Take the 4-0 win and carry on. It's not as if you quit the game, then re-loaded to play again.

A power failure is not in your hands. Maybe it was the LLaMa Gods coming to your aid, but then again, they probably would've let you lose.

Frank is a fair and just overlord. Obviously he noticed a bit of aquaplaning and performed a minor correction.

Carry on, Geldhart. Accept Frank's wisdom and make the most of it. I won the cup last time that happened to me (not that I'm putting pressure on )

Floodlight failure. Game abandoned. Replayed. What's the problem?

Nothing you can do about it Geldhart. Nobody can account for a power failure in their area, unless you did it yourself.

Play on after your 4-0 win as normal.

I have had a 'power failure' whilst losing an unloseable game. Not in llm though, as i've not been in an unloseable game

Okay, I have accepted the 4-0 win. I had originally mistyped, it was FA Trophy, and I'm now in the semis.

Since it was a cup match, the goal difference is meaningless so I'm feeling ok about this.

I agree with nokem. Game was abandoned through no fault of your doing, therefore a replay would be required. Play on Geldhart and remember to thank Frank for his guidance in time of need.
