Hi everyone,


I must say I enjoy reading the updates on this forum.Achieving success from humble beginnings is what tempts me the most to start an LLM career of my own.

So I took of in my own country,Belgium, in Third Div.A at Racing Club Waregem,a club with reputation unknown, 2000 stadium with 50 seats(for the board and investors I assume).
Fans want me to battle to avoid relegation,even as the board.
As expected no tranfer funds.
My staff: 2 :eek: Ass Managers, 2 coaches, 3 :eek: physio's and a scout.None of them are capable so I signed a new scout and 2 coaches.

When i had a look at the 17 players in the squad, the quality wasn't bad at all for this level.Had a lot of experienced ex-players of higher divisions.
My personal goal for the first season is a sife mid table position and to bring in some promising youth.

Still playing first season,update will follow asap.

End of the season 04/05.

Had a really amusing first season.
First half I was balancing between 6th and 3th position.Fc Denderleeuw took the lead of the league from matchday one and was 10 points clear on Christmas.
Got rid of the dead wood in the transfer period and brought in a promising striker, recommended by my scout, who was playing in the reserves in 2nd division.

2nd half of the season I continued to play,to my suprise,consistant.Denderleeuw got a dip of form.Kv mechelen and I approached with following league standings with one match to play.
1)KV Mechelen:53
2)Denderleeuw:52
3)Rc waregem :52

Last matches:Kv Mechelen play 0-0 at home,Denderleeuw lose 1-0 away and we...lose 0-3 away.
Up to playoffs!
First round we win:2-1 at home,2-3 away.
2nd round against 16th of 2nd div. lose 0-1 at home,lose way 3-0.bye bye promotion.

Cups suck arse! Survive from 3th round untill quarter finals :eek:,included the beating of 2 first div. teams:whopping 10k prize money Cups suck arse!!!

Up to next season!Board and fans want me to battle bravely again;I want to go for promotion.Got some good signings comming (3 first div rejects !)
Salary cap has just been reached and with a stadium of 2000(thats always filled aprox. 1900),promotion is a bit of a must as we keep on losing money(still in black though).
