I want to start in a low league but find it hard selecting the best players as i dont know what stats to look at!

has anyone got tips on how to select a strong team at a club you know nothing about, without spending hours writing stats down and getting a headache.

thanks alot
A left sided sweeper is a must.

I noticed that in FM, the left sided sweeper doesn't work as good as he did in 01/02. Impossible to win the Champions League with River Plate now.
