Define the word "few" and the word "short". Compared to the Story Forum, I believe that going through half a season in three paragraphs is very, very few lines indeed. Some of those stories 'over there' take several pages to do a couple of months(okay, maybe an exaggeration, but it's close).
"Your position in the League is of interest." 'Nuff said there.
(Besides, this is sure to increase the thread views)

The Gunners?!? In LLM?? Impossible, you say? I think not... Post #22
We're not in competition with the Stories Forum. We do updates here.
The definition of update is clearly stated in the quoted text, look at the other updates by the regulars if you want a guide to what's required/desired.
Devon was slightly remiss in omitting the following:

quote:
Updates, I will remind you, were allowed back in the Forum on the understanding that they'd be kicked again if there were any problems.

...but we don't want to go down that road quite yet

We finished the 04/05 season with some good games, but mostly bad games as we slipped down the table to finish in 10th place. The issue with players getting low ratings when playing out of position particularly hurt us in the grueling spring months. : (
With several(free) transfers planning to come in during the (one month) summer break, Arsenal looks to improve on the situation and hopefully gain promotion. I've been offered a few jobs, one in the Ukranian High League and 2 in the Russian lower division, but decided to reject them(having 2.5M pounds to spend isn't my idea of LLM).
Kharkiv will have European football.

At the halfway mark, Arsenal sit in 3rd place, one point away from 2nd place. However, if the season stopped today, we would still gain promotion, thanks to Dinamo Kiev's reserve team being in the lead.
The new tactic, as well as the new players, have helped us quite a bit in winning games and gaining points.

Well, not an update, just informing readers that I shall install the patch but I don't know how much I shall be able to get to because of finals in uni this week and next week. We shall see, though. C'mon the Gunners!

At the winter break we stand in 11th place, just 5 points away from the drop. Normally I wouldn’t be as worried, except that until 5 games ago, Arsenal was in 7th place and far, far away from relegation. What happened, you ask? We lost 5 games in a row. Now, to be fair to the squad, 3 of those were against the likes of Shakhtar and Dnipro, top teams in the league.
I have tried different tactics and may have found one that works with the new patch, but only time will tell. Needless to say, Arsenal needs to turn around this horrible streak to save itself from falling down a division. The only positive is that I have reduced our debt to approximately 150,000 pounds. Of course, the board still thinks I am their saviour, so it should be a fight to stay up for Arsenal Kharkiv.
