Just wondered how many user's out there go in for a massive career in LLM, or do you's get bored after a while and start again ?

I'm into season 2030-31 on my current game, having recently joined my 5th club to manage. I think it's as far as I've ever been in my 10+ years of playing FM/CM, so I'm obviously doing well. Posting my progress here also helps maintain interest, although do threads become boring after a while, or do people enjoy reading other's exploits ?

Thoughts, gentlemen ?

Im in 2019, longest game so far for me, and just jumped before getting the push.

My longest running save was a 0102 game. I reached the late 2030's or the early 2040's, can't remember exactly.

Plenty of saves that i ended or lost interest in the 2020's too.

I generally enjoy reading certain updates, definitely not all. Sometimes it gives me back my appetite to play on.

I've played 34 or 36 seasons, and the save died. I've never reached 40.

Threads like yours are good, John, because they're so obviously an accurate portrayal of a good LLM career, like Pete's World Relegation Tour.

Others are crap after two posts...

If not for my stupid ambitions for 'all-leagues-on', i'd be in 2040+ right now, considering 40 days of gameplay in current save.

But actually, it's just 2011

I haven't checked my current savegame, but I think it's less than 3 days and 2016.

Hm.
2016-2005=11.
11 / 3 = 3.6 seasons per day.
3.6 · 40 = 144.
2005 + 144 = 2149. I'd be dead by that time That's why i'm still in 2011...

I am not sure how long I want to continue this save. Maybe 30 seasons. I am eager to try a different country.

Would be great if FM interface would change according to the country you're playing in. Of cause, all the text should be in it's own language too. Not much people would go to Asian leagues, though, i guess
