possible.

a manager, alex ferguson, could spot talent in any number of ways and ask if a scout at his club has a scout report or if the scout could go and get a report on the play he has spotted

i think it should be okay.

mcman - it's considered acceptable to send your scouts "home" to look for players, but using the "find" function to identify targets for them is not.

Like wise numbas, azzajohno - hope this clarifies for you, as you seem to misunderstand it.
