This still verging on the "against the Llama Laws" but you could possibly justify signing players from the club you list as you favorite at the start of your game, as you would watch/follow the club you support. But I personally won't do it!

i have several scouts and send them out permanently looking for players in the UK, then i sign every single one they recommend that's free.
is this ok to do??  | |

You can sign anyone you want as long as he was found on a scout search.
