A few things that really do annoy me, only because i can tell it will happen. Playing as Portsmouth, not expecting miracles.

1) KikÃ*n Fonseca signed for 2.5m, good stats again, not expecting miracles. He's had a patch of bad form, beginning of the season up until now (january). Thats fair enough. Can't have it all my way. Thing is, my midfield gives the guy at least 2 6 yarders every game, no exaggeration. He misses every time, again no exaggeration. He scored 5 goals in the first 14 games, but from the 31st of October until the 5th of January he scores nothing despite playing in every game. Remember i said he gets at least 2 6 yard sitters every game. His first goal in several months comes against MK Dons where he also misses 3 point blank chances.

2) Similar situation with John Utaka. He then comes under fire from the media, i agree he has played poorly, he comes up with 6 goals in 5 games before he jets off to the African cup of nations. Like i didn't see that coming.

3) I'v ehad issues with fitness of my two attacking midfielders, Kranjcar and Belluschi. Kranjcar injured at the begining of the season, Belluschi plays birlliantly. Kranjcar resumes full training the same day Belluschi gets injured. Belluschi resumes full training the same day kranjcar gets injured happens a few times why am i complaining? s**t happens. But, no. Then comes my midfield rotation system (enforced upon me) Sulley Muntari gets fit after injury, Papa Bouba Diop gets injured the first game after Muntari is fit. Bouba Diop regains fitness and Muntari gets a 3 game ban. Muntari sits out his three games then Diop gets a Ban.

4) I play Liverpool, im on a bad run of games. Feeling the effects of some midfield rotation and two strikers in poor form. I decide to give my lads the 'no pressure' team talk. They take the lead! wow. 4 minutes later Livoy Primus, a man in form gets injured, they pull one back. Im not complaining, a fantastic result in the grand scheme of things. Next match, Arsenal. Hhhmmm, 'no pressure' lads. I take the lead in similar fashion but hold on to win 1-0. Chelsea in the League Cup. 'No pressure', 1-0 pompey after 11 minutes.

5) Birmingham vs. Portsmouth. I say to the press, quite justifiably, Birmingham are a team i really expect us to beat. Come match day i give the boys the old 'i expect a wint today'. result - Birmingham 2 Portsmouth 0. Derby vs. Portsmouth. I thought lets try this again. 'Derby are a team i really expect us to beat'. 'I expect a win today lads' Derby 3-0 Portsmouth.

There's more. I think thats enough though.
