Look at April...
April 3-6 has three matches in four days. Maybe it's my American ignorance, but that doesn't seem right to me ... why isn't that Monday match scheduled for the next week?

I was playing in the BSP N and I had those matches aswell. Possibly because the fixtures are overloaded.

They're not, though ... there's not a single league game the next week, and it's not like BSP is going to have games rescheduled for International reasons ...

Been like this for a while tbh. Iirc there was a version of the game where you could ask the FA to postpone a match? (or have I had too much vodka?)

With FM07 I managed to get 5 games in 5 days, that's what happens when you do well in the CL with a team from Northern Ireland.

Yes there was that option. But I can't remember the FA ever moving the game.

I've seen similar in the Icelandic league in the past because of European fixtures - Fram once had to play something ludicrous like 6 games in 8 days
