if i use the "load players from "nation" feature at the start of the game, in the long run will there be more youngsters being formed from those nations. and will this feature make my game too slow?

yes in the future more players will come from that nation.

It will slow the game down, but it varies (as will as with your computer specs). If you load all players from brazil, then it will take infinately* longer to do it than if you load everyone from Andorra, because of the difference in number of players created.

*not literally, obviously
