Is anyone else experience a lot of goals from internationals on their debuts? I'm managing France and more strikers and midfielders than not I give their first cap to get a goals. The list so far is:
Vincent Acapandie
Loic Abenzoar (was playing wingback at the time, but can anywhere on the right)
Jimmy Briand
Jeremy Menez
Henri Saivet
Gabriel Obertan
Diogo
Armand Traore (Got it playing left back)
As for midfielders and forwards who I have capped and didn't get goals on their debuts:
Gael Kakuta
David N'Gog
Pierre Ducasse
A lot of these players came on as substitutes. Diogo came on in the 78 minute and still scored. Statistical clustering, or debuts really want to get off the mark?
Firstly, i've looked these players up and can't understand why you would cap half of them anyway, especially kakuta, he is useless in my game, can you post a screenshot of his in yours??
Also they are all attacking players, except traore, if you were playing hopeless teams i'd expect them to score, debut or not
i am managing Czech Republic and called up a player named 'Pavel Zurek' with half decent stats, just for kicks. he scored twice on his debut, making me feel like he was great.
that was it, he has got 3 goals in his 10 caps for Czech till now
I'm in 2015 now so all of these players are fully developed, some of which will have random attributes each time you start a new game, and in my game these are some of the best French players out there.
Acapandie PA -9
Abenzoar PA -9
Briand PA 170
Menez PA 180
Saivet PA -10
Obertan PA -9
Traore PA -9
Kakuta PA -8
N'Gog PA -8
Ducasse PA -9
Sticking with Vincent Acapandie has produced good enough results so far.
Past 14 games his stat line is:
Shots: 43
Shots on target: 27
Goals: 14
goals/shot: 32.6%
goals/shots on target: 51.9%
Most clinical player I've ever seen. 19 Finishing, 20 composure, 20 heading, 20 long shots. He only played the entire game three times in those 14 games, and in those 3 games he scored 7 goals.
